This website is the redesigned home for the AT&T Business Service Guide (SG). While the transition of existing Service Guides to this website is underway, the Service Guide content for some of AT&T's business and government services is still provided at the prior Service Guide websites: http://serviceguide.att.com and http://www.att.com/abs/serviceguide . To review a list of the AT&T services that have been transitioned to this redesigned Service Guide website, and a description of the Service Guide transition status, please refer to the Service Guide Transition Page via the Tools or Help options of the Navigation Bar.

To review a particular Service Guide on this website, simply click on "SG Library" in the Left Navigation Bar and then select the desired Service Guide. After the Service Guide appears, you can navigate within the Service Guide by using the dynamic Table of Contents on the left side of the screen. (Click on the Expand All or Contract All, click on the plus symbol (+) to expand the list, click on the minus symbol (-) to collapse the list, and click on the name of the section to jump to that section in the body of the document on the right side of the screen.)

The General Provisions included in this website apply only to the services covered by a Service Guide included in this website. The General Provisions on this website do not apply to services covered by one of the prior Service Guide websites.

AT&T reserves the right to change the provisions of this Service Guide at any time. E-mail notification of changes to a particular Service Guide is available by subscribing to that Service Guide (click Tools on the Navigation Bar, then click on Subscription). In addition, price change information affecting basic services formerly presented on the original AT&T Business Service Guide website and now included in this website will be made available at the original AT&T Business Service Guide website.

The Business Service Agreement applies to Customers who have not executed a separate Service Agreement with AT&T for a service covered by a Service Guide included in this website.
