Service Guide Transition

The AT&T Business Service Guides are being transitioned from the original AT&T Business Service Guide and AT&T Managed Data and Miscellaneous Service Guide websites to a redesigned Service Guide website. Click on Home in the Navigation Bar to link to the home page of the redesigned website. Click on the following URLs to link to the original websites:

New features / functionality of the updated Service Guides include:

• Easy Navigation - all terms and standard prices applicable to a service are in one document, with a dynamic, expandable table of contents to quickly locate relevant content.
• Subscription functionality enables users to request email notification of changes to specific Service Guides.
• Enhanced print and download capabilities enable users to easily print or save each Service Guide in its entirety.

Service Guides will be transitioned to the new website over the upcoming months. The status of the transition will be updated in the AT&T Business Service Guide Transition Table below. (As used in the Transition Table, "SG1B" refers to the original AT&T Business Service Guide website and "SG1E" refers to the original AT&T Managed Data and Miscellaneous Service Guide website.) Service Guides that have not yet been transitioned will continue to be located at the original Service Guide websites. During the transition, as Service Guides become effective on the new website, the hyperlinks for those services on the original websites will be redirected to the appropriate Service Guide on the new website.

This table will also document when "NEW" Service Guides have been added and become effective."NEW" Service Guides have no prior Service Guide (SG1) reference.

Notes:

* The AT&T Toll-Free Services Service Guide applies to standalone AT&T Toll-Free Services only; it does not apply to toll-free calling capabilities included as a component of other services (such as AT&T Business Network Service, AT&T OneNet® Service, AT&T Virtual Telecommunications Network Service, or AT&T VoiceTone® Service).

** The General Terms and Conditions continue to apply to service that have not been transitioned to the new site. Once a service is covered by an effective Service Guide on the new site, the new General Provisions and Glossary will apply.
